ICT Infrastructure Lead

ILM Program Lead Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure lifecycle and refresh programs across a large, distributed technology environment.

The Role We're seeking a delivery leader to plan, govern and execute a large-scale infrastructure lifecycle program. You'll ensure technology assets remain secure, compliant and supported through structured refresh, remediation and optimisation initiatives, while managing risk, budget and stakeholders at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure lifecycle and refresh programs across multiple sites

Develop and manage multi-year lifecycle roadmaps aligned to risk, vendor support and business priorities

Own annual planning, budgeting and financial tracking

Provide governance oversight, risk management and executive reporting

Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to deliver on scope, time and budget

Ensure compliance with security, audit and operational standards

What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure or technology refresh programs

Strong financial, governance and risk management capability

Experience operating in complex, multi-site environments

Vendor and stakeholder management at senior/executive level

Ability to translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes
