YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY Lead the commercial strategy of a globally expanding fashion brand. As Forever New celebrates 20 years of brand success, we are entering an exciting phase of international growth. We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Head of Planning to define and lead the global merchandise planning strategy across markets and channels.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the financial architecture of the business and driving sustainable, profitable growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the GM of Merchandising, you will:

Define and execute the global planning strategy aligned to brand and growth objectives

Lead seasonal financial frameworks, profit planning and investment prioritisation

Drive margin optimisation and capital efficiency across all channels

Shape international market strategies, tailoring financial architecture to diverse customer and climatic landscapes

Partner with Buying, Design and Executive stakeholders to align commercial vision with product strategy

Lead, mentor and elevate a high‑performing Planning function

Influence cross‑functional decision‑making at a senior level

This role owns the commercial lens of the business — ensuring disciplined growth, strategic investment and long‑term profitability.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US You are a strategic planning leader with:

5–10 years’ experience in fashion retail planning, including several years in a leadership role

Extensive experience within fashion retail planning at a senior level

Proven success leading large‑scale financial strategy across multiple markets

Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing stock, margin, and profit

Advanced planning systems knowledge (WSSI, Excel; Power BI advantageous)

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Knowledge of retail competitors, customer trends, and international markets
