The Role We’re on the lookout for a detail‑driven

People & Culture Partner

to join our Potts Point‑based head office. This full‑time role is critical to ensuring we continue to support our people with care, while staying sharp on compliance. You’ll be working across all our Restaurants—supporting managers, coordinating key processes, and keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as a trusted partner to Restaurant leaders, providing advice on performance, conduct, compliance, and policy

Leading onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely set‑up

Supporting interpretation and application of the Restaurant Industry Award

Coordinating return‑to‑work plans and WorkCover documentation

Ensuring visa and sponsorship obligations are proactively managed

Keeping HRIS (Employment Hero) up‑to‑date and audit‑ready

Supporting WHS tracking and people compliance reporting

About You You’re a hands‑on HR all‑rounder who thrives on detail, accuracy, and proactive support. You love keeping things compliant, know when to ask the right questions, and are comfortable backing yourself when giving advice. You bring the structure that helps our culture thrive.

You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in HR, ideally within hospitality or a multi‑site environment

A degree in Human Resources or a related field

Strong knowledge of the Restaurant Industry Award and Fair Work legislation

Experience with platforms like Tanda and Employment Hero

Confidence supporting ER cases and managing documentation

Visa and sponsorship compliance familiarity (a plus)

A calm, grounded presence and excellent communication skills
