About the Role

On a typical day you will work closely with our multidisciplinary engineering teams to optimise mineral processing unit operations. Your SysCAD modelling experience will be highly valued for the insights it brings to improving efficiencies, maximising product value and minimising environmental impact.

You will play a key role in business development by maintaining good client relationships, networking and responding to requests for proposal.

Responsibilities

Build SysCAD Models and perform process simulations.

Lead the development of Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, process descriptions and control philosophies.

Improve operational performance through trade‑off studies, debottlenecking assessments and process optimisation activities.

Facilitate and contribute to risk workshops.

Prepare technical reports and study deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical or process engineering recognised by the Institute of Engineers (Australia).

5 to 10 years’ experience

Proficient at SysCAD modelling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal and leadership qualities
