Role Description This is an equity/investment based in Melbourne, VIC, for a Co-Founder. As a Co-Founder at Athletikan, you will be deeply involved in shaping the company's long-term vision, driving strategic initiatives, and managing daily operations. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, building partnerships, and ensuring the brand's growth trajectory. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to innovate and execute plans that align with the brand's disruptive and creative ethos.

Qualifications

Exceptional Analytical and Research skills to identify market trends, opportunities, and solutions.

Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with partners, team members, and customers.

Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand positioning.

Outstanding teamwork, leadership capabilities, and entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Previous experience in business development, branding, or retail is a plus.
