National Dental Care Chadstone is relocating to a purpose-built clinic in Chadstone Shopping Centre in August We're seeking a lead dentist to step into this full-time role (4–5 days / week), leading a close-knit team and building on the practice's strong existing patient base. Leading daily clinical operations and mentoring your team Providing a full range of general dental care: diagnostics, preventive, restorative and cosmetic Helping refine clinical protocols to ensure quality and consistency Supporting a positive, patient-focused team culture and collaborating with the practice manager on local marketing and growth Requirements for this role

Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience Strong clinical capability across a broad range of treatments Leadership experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care About us
