Brisbane – Full Time | In-Office Leadership Role

$180,000 – $210,000 + Performance Bonus

We are seeking a senior commercial growth leader to take full ownership of a $1,000,000+ annual marketing engine across established brands operating in modular housing, structural systems, and commercial shelter solutions.

This is not a creative marketing role.

This is a revenue accountability role.

You will be responsible for optimising significant paid media investment, restructuring funnel performance, reducing cost per acquisition, and aligning marketing with operational and sales performance.

About the Role You will inherit:

A retained digital performance agency

An internal marketing execution team (coordinator, content, design/web)

Multiple established brands requiring structural clarity and commercial discipline

Your mandate is to bring financial control, measurable ROI, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities Own marketing contribution to revenue across all brands

Audit and optimise paid media performance across Google and Meta channels

Reduce cost per qualified lead (CPQL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)

Implement structured reporting (ROAS, revenue attribution, funnel metrics)

Redesign and strengthen funnel architecture and qualification processes

Consolidate brand positioning and eliminate cross-brand confusion

Direct and manage external agency performance

Lead and align the internal marketing team to commercial objectives

Present monthly commercial performance reporting to the General Manager

What We Are Looking For You must have:

Significant senior marketing leadership experience with demonstrated revenue accountability

Experience managing $1M+ annual paid media budgets

Demonstrated CPA or ROAS improvement in high-ticket industries

Direct revenue growth responsibility (not just campaign execution)

Experience in construction, property, infrastructure, or related sectors

Strong commercial and analytical capability

Experience leading teams and managing external agencies

Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CRM and paid media platforms (Google & Meta)

You must be comfortable being measured on financial performance.

Increased qualified lead volume

Clear brand architecture and market positioning

Measurable improvement in marketing ROI

You will have direct influence over capital allocation, growth trajectory, and commercial performance.

We are seeking a high-performance operator who can challenge assumptions, implement structure, and deliver measurable financial outcomes.
