Proven leadership experience in residential aged care. Strong operational management and business acumen. Passion for empowering teams and delivering outstanding care. Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance. Excellent communication and emotional intelligence. (Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.)
