The Opportunity As a senior quant leader, you will:

Lead with intelligence Design and direct sophisticated quantitative programs - from brand and comms tracking to segmentation, pricing, innovation, behavioural experimentation and campaign evaluation.

Turn complexity into clarity Transform rich datasets into sharp, strategic narratives that inspire confident decision‑making at board and C‑suite level.

Shape the thinking Act as a trusted client partner, influencing marketing and business strategy through evidence, empathy and commercial acumen.

Push the craft forward Champion new methodologies, tech‑enabled solutions and AI‑enhanced approaches that elevate what quant can do.

Collaborate deeply Work alongside cultural strategists, behavioural scientists and innovation specialists to deliver fully integrated, human‑centred insight.

About You You bring 8+ years’ experience in quantitative research, insights or advanced analytics within an agency or consultancy environment.
