Own P&L
and ensure full compliance with statutory, legal, and health & safety requirements.
Define strategy and goals
for growth; translate plans into action with clear priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Drive lean/operational excellence โstandard work, problem-solving, daily performance management, and continuous improvement.
Lift operational and financial performance
via robust KPIs, data-driven reviews, and corrective actions.
Set policies and processes
that enable speed, quality, and accountability.
Build a high-performance culture โrecruit, develop, and retain top talent; coach leaders; set and review KRAs.
Champion company values and ethical conduct ; address issues quickly and fairly.
Promote a results-driven, hustle culture
that values urgency, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
Lead special projects and group-level initiatives
as required.
What Success Looks Like (12โ18 months)
Revenue and EBITDA targets
met or exceeded
through disciplined execution.
Waste reduced
and efficiency improved via lean practices (e.g., daily huddles, visual management, Kaizen).
Quality, delivery, and safety
performance on or above target; zero material compliance breaches.
Customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention
strengthened through reliable delivery and proactive communication.
Qualifications & Experience
20+ yearsโ industry experience, including 5+ years in a P&L leadership role.
Background in automotive, commercial vehicle components, or off-highway supply chain preferred.
Proven success in change management and challenging the status quo.
Experience in multinational environments (US-based preferred).
Strong commercial acumen, execution discipline, and relationship-building skills.
Uncompromising work ethics and integrity.
Capabilities We Value
