Senior Projects Lawyer– Construction and Engineering Leading Global Organisation In-House – Sydney CBD

A new opportunity has arisen for a senior projects lawyer to join the infrastructure team of a global organisation in Sydney. The role will be supporting the commercial team across large complex projects including energy, water, transport and property.

Key Responsibilities Providing leadership on legal and commercial issues relating to proposed projects. Assisting with structuring, preparing, negotiating, and concluding transactions for projects. Providing support on legal issues during the execution of projects. Advising the business on compliance and risk management.

Key Requirements Ideally 8+ years PQE gained from a leading private practice firm or in-house organisation. Experience reviewing and negotiating engineering and construction contracts. Excellent negotiation and advisory skills. Proven ability to manage competing deadlines with excellent problem‑solving skills.
