A proven commercial dealmaker with a strong track record winning business and closing transactions in the commercial property market. Highly proactive operator with the ability to build, manage and convert a robust sales pipeline. Confident working autonomously in the market while also sharing knowledge and providing guidance to junior team members. Exceptional relationship builder, capable of engaging confidently with local owners, private investors, institutions, and major stakeholders across Perth. Experience with major or boutique agencies, ideally within Capital Markets, Sales, or high value property transactions. Leadership experience is advantageous though not essential. Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or Finance are well regarded but not essential. Hold a valid Agent’s Representative Certificate.

The role
This role places you at the centre of WA’s commercial property investment market. As a key member of a growing Capital Markets team, you’ll be responsible for originating and executing commercial sales transactions, cultivating new client relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships. Reporting to the State Managing Director, you’ll gain direct visibility of high value opportunities and collaborate on strategies to expand the team's market presence. This environment is fast paced, commercially driven, and ideal for an agent who thrives on generating results and contributing to broader team success. The role is based full time in our Perth Head Office, with regular travel to meet clients across the metro area.
Key Responsibilities
Originate and secure new commercial sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market engagement.
Build, manage, and convert a high quality pipeline of prospects, mandates, and transaction opportunities.
Conduct client meetings and presentations across Perth, representing Knight Frank with strong commercial insight and market intelligence.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from pitch to negotiation to close, ensuring high quality execution and exceptional client service.
Collaborate with the broader Capital Markets, Leasing, and cross-functional teams to maximise deal outcomes.
Provide informal mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping lift the team’s capability and market presence.
Contribute to the continued growth and performance momentum of a team with significant forward deal potential.
