Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Careers Talent Partner to join our team on a 12‑month contract.

In this role, you’ll not only lead the design and delivery of QIC’s Early Careers programs— including graduate, intern and vacation initiatives — but also partner with the business to deliver tailor hiring solutions across a select portfolio of roles. You’ll play a pivotal role in building QIC’s future workforce, strengthening our employer brand, and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

About the role

You’ll design, implement, and enhance QIC’s early career programs across graduate, intern and vacation cohorts.

Drive the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for early careers programs, from attraction to onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student associations, and industry bodies to enhance QIC’s early careers presence. Attend career fairs and events on behalf of QIC.

Deliver memorable onboarding and development experiences for early careers cohorts.

Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to strengthen QIC’s employer brand across digital and campus channels.

Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.

Manage a select portfolio of business units, providing strategic and operational recruitment support.

Champion innovation and diversity in attraction and selection strategies.

Track recruitment and program metrics, including diversity outcomes and experience insights.

You’ll bring

Experience in talent acquisition, including early careers or graduate recruitment.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Proven ability to manage high‑volume campaigns and concurrent priorities.

Knowledge of assessment tools, ATS platforms, and data‑driven recruitment practices.

Creativity in employer branding, campus engagement, and diversity initiatives.

A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for innovation.
