We are now seeking a

Chief Executive Officer

to lead the next phase of growth for the business.

This is a senior, externally focused leadership role, suited to an executive who thrives on building relationships, growing businesses through partnerships, and safeguarding quality and reputation.

The Opportunity

As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth and standing of IT Masters.

You will act as the senior ambassador for the business, leading key partnerships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring IT Masters continues to deliver high quality outcomes for partners and students alike.

This role is

not about day-to-day academic delivery . It is about leadership, influence, trust and strategic execution.

Key Focus Areas

Building and sustaining strong, high trust relationships with university partners and key stakeholders

Driving sustainable business growth through new and existing partnerships

Identifying and developing new opportunities, programs and markets

Protecting and enhancing quality, reputation and brand

Leading a high performing leadership team and setting clear strategic direction

About You

You have a strong history in the online education sector. You are a credible, relationship driven executive with a track record of growing organisations through partnerships and collaboration. You bring strong commercial judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a clear commitment to quality and integrity.

You are comfortable operating at executive level with senior partners and internal leaders, and you know how to balance growth with long term sustainability.
