About the Role This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll bring structure, energy, and creativity to a fast‑moving environment. You’ll be responsible for:

Driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to reach both personal and business goals

Managing store operations, visual presentation, and stock flow with precision and flair

Building a strong culture of collaboration, positivity, and professionalism

About You You’re a confident, motivated, and people‑focused leader who thrives in a dynamic, high‑volume environment. You love connecting with customers, mentoring your team, and taking pride in every detail of your store’s presentation.

Previous experience in high‑volume retail or hospitality management

Proven ability to manage stock, rosters, and store operations

Passionate about customer experience and brand storytelling

Energetic, adaptable, and ready to lead one of WA’s busiest fashion locations
