Credit Officer

Hybrid working available! 3 days in the office (City fringe location), 2 days from home

Prior credit/collections experience is required for this role

Collections & Accounts Receivable Specialist Company Background This is the opportunity to join a leading entertainment business that are a leader in their field across Australia and New Zealand. The finance team are seeking someone with prior experience in a similar role, who is looking for their next long-term opportunity.

The Role As the Credit Officer, you will focus on:

Collections via the phone and email (up to 50 per day)

Liaising with internal stakeholders on queries relating to outstanding accounts

Managing payment plans

Managing inbound calls and emails

Account reconciliations

Maintaining and updating client data

Your Background As the Credit Officer, you will have the following skills and attributes:

At least 1 year of experience performing collection calls, either in a credit/collections role or as an all‑rounder

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizens will be prioritised)
