The Opportunity
The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting three important elements of Regis’ Quality Management Systems: clinical audit program, policies and procedures and quality indicators.

How you will make an impact as a Quality Systems Lead
Key Responsibilities Include
Manage all aspects of the Regis Quality Indicator Program
Support and coordinate Regis’ policy and procedure system and framework
Support and coordinate Regis’ audit program
Provide support for other Clinical Governance and Quality functions
Skillfully lead and support projects related to area of responsibility
Facilitate education and training programs for areas of responsibility
Deliver excellent customer service, contribute to team culture and positive working relationships
Contribute to a safe, compliant living and working environment

What You Will Bring To The Role
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (no conditions)
Relevant experience within an Aged Care or Health Care environment
Proficiency with the range of Microsoft Office Suite of products, with emphasis on Word including mail merge, Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation and other relevant stakeholders
Clear thinker with strong conceptual and analytical skills
A quick learner with a naturally positive outlook with the ability to adapt to change as the company rapidly expands and evolves
Team Player
Hands on person with high working standards
High level of motivation and initiative
Strong attention to detail
Professional manner, demonstrating a caring, friendly approach
Attitude and commitment to the position
Ability to organise and prioritise work plans, complete tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines with an emphasis on accuracy and presentation

To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, including NDIS or police check (role dependent), current year flu vaccination, and certification proof.
