The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated

on‑site General Practitioner

to join our growing team, providing medical care to residents within aged care facilities across

Gippsland and surrounding areas . This role offers a truly rewarding opportunity to practise relationship‑based medicine within a supportive and well‑structured model of care. As a GP with

Access Aged Care , you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team – including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists, and administrative staff – all working together to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centred care.

Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden, giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents, their families, and facility teams. Whether you are an experienced GP or newly Fellowed, this position offers flexibility, variety, and the satisfaction of knowing your work contributes directly to improving health outcomes for older Australians.

Requirements

Availability: 1 day per week

AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions)

Fellowship: RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required

Tech‑Ready: Comfortable with system‑based reporting and familiar with common clinical software

Equipment: Must have access to a personal laptop

GPs Nearing Fellowship If you are close to completing your

RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship , we welcome your application.

Daily rate:

$1,700–$1,800 (based on experience and availability).
