About the Role
Graduate Dentist required four days per week 8:30am-5:00pm. Public Health Community Dental Clinic, providing a broad range of dental services within a public health dental setting. You will be provided with ongoing support from all areas of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical standards and procedures.
Maintain a professional approach in relation to work duties, including the provision of quality patient service.
Maintain a professional approach and promote good inter‑person relationships both within and outside the Dental Service Department consistent with WH Values statement
Ensure high levels of quality care is provided to all patients
About You
Western Health Dental department is a community based Dental Clinic with twelve chairs. Eight of our chairs are used by fourth and fifth year Dental Students. We provide Emergency, General and Denture treatments for all patients who are funded. We work closely with OHV (Oral Health Victoria) & WH (Western Health) guidelines, policies and procedures.

We also operate Sunbury Community Hospital, Sunshine Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre, Melton Health and Community Services, Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre, Caroline Springs Community Health Centre and Grant Lodge Residential Aged Care in Bacchus Marsh. Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
