Job Description About the role Our client is a world‑leading Telco in Australia, with a national presence across five major states. We are looking for highly skilled Security Officers to manage access into their facilities while observing and reporting on all Security, Property related matters.

Security team at these locations plays an important role in the safety and security of the site. As the first point of contact visitors and staff have when entering the facility, security officers need to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service.

Security officer roles will be working on a rotational roster arrangement which could encompass 12‑hour shifts.

for this particular client and

Key Tasks

Provide a security service in line with the site SOP’s and client’s requirements in order to protect the client’s employees, property and other assets.

Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of

Site patrols, Access Control and responding to incidents around the site.

Greeting visitors and employees, issuing keys/cards to authorized contractors and monitoring their activities for safety and compliance.

Protection of building occupants, protection of real and personal property.

Report writing, Microsoft Application, advance use of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Monitor and use CCTV application, Emergency Management and Fire Systems.

Desired Skills And Experience Minimum Requirement

Must have a valid Security License.

Excellent communication skills, punctual and reliable.

Be able to work independently, self‑aware, motivated, and able to work as part of the team.

Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Previous gatehouse experience is preferred but not compulsory.
