Overview Nauru Airlines, a critical asset of Nauru, connects our nation's people with Australia and the Central Pacific. It also provides complex freight solutions and operates a thriving charter business supporting regional Governments, private businesses and neighbouring airlines all under the accreditation of CASA and IOSA.

Based in Brisbane, Australia, the CEO will lead a dedicated team of 300 staff through the Senior Management team, whilst navigating the challenges of fleet upgrade, Government relations, and building on strong alliances, business partnerships and broader commercial opportunities. A strong communicator and leader, you will engage all stakeholders in maintaining the highest quality standards, seeking out commercial opportunities and working with the Board to deliver ambitious outcomes. The airline is profitable and benefits from excellent regional support.

Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have extensive airline industry experience, preferably obtained within the Asia Pacific region, and have a demonstrated record of delivering to strategy, growth and profitability.

Remuneration This position offers a competitive remuneration package potentially including relocation to Brisbane, Australia.
