You’ll join a highly regarded Professional Services Banking team operating at the top of its game, with strong market presence and deep expertise. The team works with large, complex and fast‑growing professional services clients, offering exposure to sophisticated structures and evolving needs, all within a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Manage and grow a portfolio of professional services clients, delivering tailored financial solutions.

Identify new‑to‑bank and referral opportunities by leveraging strong internal and external networks.

Maintain and enhance the credit quality of your portfolio through sound assessment and proactive risk management.

Implement annual portfolio and market‑aligned growth strategies.

Drive strong & sustainable financial performance.

Prepare high‑quality, well‑structured banking proposals with responsible recommendations.

Collaborate with product and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions that support client needs.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Strong experience as a senior business or commercial banking relationship manager, with proven exposure to the professional services segment.

Expert lending, credit assessment and risk management capability.

Demonstrated understanding of the transactional banking requirements of Professional Services

Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer scenarios.

Demonstrated leadership among colleagues to contribute to a great team culture of high performance.

A passion for business development, networking and generating growth opportunities.

A customer‑first mindset used to build trusted, long‑term relationships.
