As a Data Architect, you'll play a critical role in developing and guiding the technical vision within a specific domain, ensuring that all solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with TechnologyOne's Enterprise Architecture. This role oversees design, coding standards, and technical solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards while guiding best practices across the team.

Responsibilities

Interpret the Enterprise Architecture and apply it to create and maintain domain-specific architecture artifacts, including:

Architecture Standards, Principles, Policies, and Guidelines

Architecture Decision Documents

Non-Functional Requirements and Performance Guidelines

Data Models, System Context Diagrams, and Integration Interfaces

Lead the architectural design authority within the domain, setting direction on integration strategies and resolving architectural issues.

Collaborate with Product Success to ensure alignment with the product vision and roadmap.

Ensure systems, processes, and costs are continuously managed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

Ensure compliance with work health and safety requirements and policies.

Demonstrate the ability to architect, engineer, and deliver a business reuse framework/software components in an enterprise software environment, adopted across product areas.

Exhibit exceptional communication, developing concepts logically and concisely, and promoting trust and commitment through open communication.

Show strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, commercial acumen, and strong problem-solving abilities (qualitative and quantitative).

Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
