The opportunity
We are looking for a Revenue & Performance Lead to take ownership of sales performance and revenue delivery within our cruise sales team.
This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on turning demand into consistent, predictable revenue. You will own the monthly revenue outcome, lift conversion and booking value, and coach sales leadership to drive sustainable performance.
This role is not about managing queues or day-to-day administration — it is about setting standards, driving performance, and building a sales team that performs consistently and commercially.
Some of the things you will be involved in:
Owning the monthly sales revenue target and ensuring consistent delivery
Translating revenue targets into clear weekly priorities and performance focus
Driving sales performance improvement through coaching and clear standards around conversion, follow‑up, closing, and upselling
Conducting regular QA on sales calls, emails, and quotes to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and value‑based selling
Identifying performance trends and implementing targeted coaching and improvement plans
Owning pricing, discounting, and upsell strategy to maximise booking value
Managing escalated sales matters, including high‑value bookings and complex customer issues
Partnering closely with Operations to ensure seamless handover from sales and enhance customer experience
We are looking for you to bring:
Confidence in coaching others and holding teams accountable to standards
Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of conversion and booking value drivers
The ability to balance customer experience with commercial decision‑making
Clear, calm, and credible communication skills
A systems‑thinking mindset, focused on building capability and consistency
Experience in travel, cruise, or long‑cycle sales environments (highly regarded)
