to help us build the next generation of tools for designers, suppliers, and brands.

Engineers here do far more than write code. You’ll take customer problems end‑to‑end: research, shape, design, build, ship, and iterate. Expect to work closely with Designers, PMs, and our CX team (who are ex‑designers themselves).

What you’ll work on

Building and scaling our Ruby on Rails platform

Bringing new features to life across our Designer SaaS and Supplier Portal

Integrating AI‑driven workflows and ML outputs into elegant product experiences

Helping shape guardrails so designers and PMs can safely contribute to product changes

Supporting our expansion into the U.S. with advanced supplier integrations

Improving DevEx, infrastructure, reliability, and deployment pipelines (DevOps mindset is a big plus)

Requirements

Strong experience with

Ruby on Rails

(full stack)

Track record of initiative & improving engineering environments

Comfort using AI tools to improve velocity and quality

Hybrid availability —

2 days per week in the Cremorne office
