Remuneration: 75176.8 - 76897.65 full time equivalent base salary range (excludes super, leave loading and salary packaging)

What you'll be doing The Junior Medical Officer (JMO) Administration Officer supports the JMO Medical Workforce Unit with various junior medical administrative functions including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and other employment life cycle activities.

The role also delivers customer service, support and advice to JMOs, managers and other key internal and external stakeholders.

Note: JMO includes Residents, Trainees (Registrars), Provisional Fellows, Career Medical Officers, Honorary Junior Medical Officers, and Observers.

About You Weโ€™re looking for someone who:

Demonstrated customer service focus with a proactive and responsive approach to enquiries whilst understanding the need to maintain confidentiality.

Proven experience and skills in working both independently and collaboratively, making a positive contribution within a fast paced team environment.

Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain high level of accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.
