Senior Software Engineer

Cleared is looking to speak with talented mid-senior Software Engineers with baseline, NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearance. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of software applications according to specifications.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, or C#.

Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Collaborate with team members on projects, tasks, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and methodologies.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, or Java.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Effective problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
