Are you an experienced early childhood Room Leader ready to lead with warmth and purpose?

Only About Children Cammeray is looking for a confident, passionate, and ECT-qualified Room Leader to join our team in a permanent full-time role. You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

Our Cammeray campus is designed with natural elements, spacious rooms, and dedicated outdoor areas for each age group - providing the perfect environment for play-based learning and meaningful connections.

What We're Looking For

Early Childhood Teaching qualification and NESA Accreditation

Previous experience leading a room

A warm, collaborative approach to leading your team

A passion for early development and nurturing strong relationships

A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
