About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of FP&A to support to join our leadership team. This senior role is pivotal in shaping enterprise-wide financial planning, drive pricing strategy, and supporting transaction activities. You will partner closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and corporate development to deliver data‑driven insights that enhance profitability, strengthen decision‑making, and enable sustainable growth across both organic initiatives and M&A activities.

What You’ll Do

Shape the company's financial future by leading the design of budgets, forecasts, and long‑term planning that align with strategic goals.

Provide executives with sharp, actionable insights through scenario modelling, performance reviews, and financial storytelling.

Act as a bridge between operations and finance, ensuring business strategies translate into measurable financial outcomes.

Modernise and streamline FP&A processes by championing automation, governance, and smarter systems.

Build pricing frameworks that balance competitiveness with profitability, enabling sustainable growth.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to evaluate pricing proposals, promotions, and commercial opportunities.

Assess customer and market dynamics to refine pricing strategies and strengthen margin performance.

Support negotiations with robust financial modelling and clear recommendations that weigh risks and rewards.

Work hand‑in‑hand with Corporate Development on acquisitions and investments, from due diligence to integration planning.

Monitor post‑deal results to ensure investments deliver on their promises.

Lead and inspire a high‑performing FP&A and pricing team, fostering collaboration and capability development.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions with strategic financial guidance.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional alignment.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, commercial finance, and M&A support at a senior leadership level

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels

Advanced proficiency in financial systems, Enterprise Planning Tools and expert‑level Excel capability

CA, CPA and CFA all highly regarded

Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgement and analytical rigour

Proven leadership capability with a focus on developing and empowering teams

Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes

Adaptable, agile, and effective in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
