The Role As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring the branch achieves its sales and service targets. This is a hands‑on role that combines leadership, sales management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and production team to achieve branch targets.

Drive caravan sales through exceptional customer service and effective business development.

Manage stock levels, showroom presentation, and branch operations.Develop and implement strategies to grow market share in the region.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local community partners.

About You

Proven experience in a branch, sales, or dealership management role (caravan, automotive, or similar industry preferred).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.

Organized, proactive, and customer‑focused.
