General Manager

Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and quality service.

Financial Performance: Manage budgets, analyse financial reports (P&L) and implement strategies to meet KPIs.

Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor and evaluate department heads and employees to foster a high‑performance culture.

Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute long‑term business goals and market expansion plans.

Customer/Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with key clients and act as the primary contact for external stakeholders.

Actively promote Mariner Travel with a focus on developing new business opportunities.

Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong selling skills and dedication to customer service.

Target‑driven with the ability to reach set goals.

Passion for business growth with the ability to network and present to potential new clients.

Ability to train and support fellow team members.

Word processing and computer literacy (Tramada knowledge an advantage).

Must be experienced with a GDS system.

Strong fares and ticketing experience (Fares and Ticketing 1 & 2 an advantage).
