12 month contract + extensions

Rate:

$1400 - $1600 per day based on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a senior Commercial Banking Delivery Director to oversee the delivery of large commercial banking programs, with a focus on complex migration across lending, payments, credit, onboarding, and product platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial banking streams and migrations.

Oversee integration across lending, transactional banking, and credit systems.

Align delivery with product, risk, regulatory, and operational teams.

Manage large technology teams, ensuring clear scope and readiness tracking.

Govern program execution with structured reporting, risk control, and escalation paths.

About You

Deep commercial banking domain knowledge (products, processes, systems).

Proven success delivering large-scale commercial banking migrations.

Strong leadership across multi-vendor, multi-platform environments.

High-level stakeholder management across technology, product, risk, and regulatory groups.
