JSG Industrial Systems . The group is a recognised leader in providing quality engineered systems and advanced industrial products and solutions to sectors such as
Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture, and Transport .
About the Role:
This is a key
standalone HR role
reporting directly to the Managing Director. You’ll act as a
trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner
to business leaders—delivering practical, solutions-focused support across the full employee lifecycle. In a time of exciting transformation and growth, this role will be pivotal in shaping and integrating HR policies, practices, and strategies that align with both business objectives and our people-first philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to execute the
SKF People Strategy
and foster a high-performance culture
Lead and implement HR initiatives across
talent management, workforce planning, engagement, and succession planning
Provide expert advice on
employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations
Support end to end recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention activities across the organisation
Maintain and enhance HR
policies, systems, and processes
to ensure compliance and efficiency
Coordinate
remuneration reviews, job evaluations, and employee benefits programs
Lead
HR reporting and analytics , using data insights to inform business decisions
Role model JSG’s values and contribute to a culture of
collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with
Work Health & Safety (WHS)
and environmental standards
About You:
Tertiary qualifications in
Human Resources or a related discipline
5+ years' generalist HR experience
in corporate, industrial, or site-based environments
Proven ability to
coach leaders , manage ER/IR matters, and lead through change
Skilled in
stakeholder engagement, negotiation , and navigating matrixed organisations
Strong working knowledge of
employment legislation, Fair Work, and HR best practices
High level of
professionalism, adaptability , and a
customer-focused mindset
