Senior M365 Engineer

A highly successful boutique consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to their M365 practice. The consultancy specialising in providing modern Microsoft solutions to a range of clients within the mid-market sector and are always working with the latest and greatest tech. The position is fully project focused where the successful candidate will take full ownership of end to end projects. The company has an outcome focused culture where the focus is very much quality of work and excellent delivery over quantity and speed. You will be working alongside a team of talented project engineers and have the opportunity to keep learning and developing your skills within the latest Microsoft technology stacks. What you will be doing:

Taking ownership of end to end M365 solutions Deliver projects primarily focusing on Intune, Autopilot, O365, Entra, Defender, DLP Work closely with the other Project Engineers and collaborate to ensure high quality delivery of solutions Work closely with the Solutions Architect on design documents Provide exceptional communication and customer facing skills What you will need to succeed:

Must have previous experience in customer facing roles with MSPs / Consultancies Must have proven end-to-end project delivery experience Technical expertise within the M365 stack - Intune, Purview, Defender Exposure with Copilot, Purview, Viva, AVD would be beneficial Proven experience working with Security Frameworks - Essential 8 or CIS Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Industry certifications highly regarded If you think you can be the one to shine in this role APPLY now for a confidential chat!
