Join SPP as an Associate/Senior Associate in Melbourne or Sydney to deliver strategy and transformation projects across diverse sectors with real client impact.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
Conduct research and gather data to inform strategic decisions
Synthesise quantitative and qualitative data into clear, evidence-based recommendations
Develop high-quality reports and presentations that communicate complex ideas clearly and simply
Support and facilitate client workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Contribute to proposals, tenders, and thought leadership
Manage discrete project workstreams, support project delivery, and contribute to team development (for more experienced candidates)
Work closely with clients and colleagues to tackle strategic challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes
Gain early exposure to complex problem-solving and senior stakeholders
Contribute across all aspects of project delivery and client engagement with increasing ownership over time
About You
The company is looking for:
Demonstrated initiative and intellectual curiosity, with ability to work independently and drive work forward in ambiguous client environments
Exposure to hypothesis-driven problem solving and structured, top-down thinking methodologies
Bachelor’s and/or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Engineering, Arts, Law, Science) with strong academic achievement (e.g., distinction average or equivalent)
Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; PowerBI desirable)
Pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset and collaborative approach to teamwork
Unrestricted or long-term working rights in Australia
