A defining leadership role within a highly respected boutique multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. Strategic leadership in shaping how the business approaches its most important projects and decisions Provide technical leadership across complex, design-led projects Develop and mentor a small, high-calibre engineering team Collaborate with leading architects and clients on some of Perth’s most significant and complex projects Contribute to the growth of the business and be rewarded for the outcomes Equity participation is anticipated as part of the longer‑term evolution of this role This role reflects continued growth and the desire to strengthen senior technical leadership within the business.
