The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager to join our Business Advisory Division. You will play a key role in delivering strategic advice, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.
Your Responsibilities
Provide advisory services including business planning, strategy facilitation, and process improvement.
Manage workflow, budgeting, and team performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
Oversee technical compliance work including financial statements, tax returns, and management reports.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
Contribute to business development initiatives and represent the firm in client meetings.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
CA/CPA qualified.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in accounting, with prior experience in a leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance.
Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, Excel, QuickBooks, and MS Office (APS desirable).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
