WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? You will guide a small team while staying actively involved in running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Bing, and other platforms. You will manage client accounts locally and internationally, ensuring smooth communication and strong service delivery.

You will create and execute digital strategies, monitor campaign performance, run tests to improve results, and provide insights that enhance ROI.

You will review client websites to find opportunities for better conversion and present results and recommendations to clients through reports and presentations. Working with other teams, you will refine strategies to ensure campaigns consistently meet objectives.

This role blends leadership with hands‑on campaign work, so technical skill, strategic insight, and a drive for performance marketing are essential.

Minimum 5 years managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns

Proven ability to lead, support, and develop a team

Experience with eCommerce and lead generation accounts

Strong communication and client management skills

Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable recommendations

Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
