Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET 8, Python, React / Next.js Real ownership of

AWS environments

(EC2, RDS, CI/CD, S3, CloudFront, Redis, WAF) Experience designing scalable systems and improving existing codebases Technical leadership in small teams or scale-ups A pragmatic, curious approach to
