The Opportunity Our client is an Australian owned family run business that operates across Mining Civils, Main Road Civils and Infrastructure projects across the Pilbara.

Senior Project Engineers Looking for their next FIFO opportunity 2 / 1 roster, ex Perth. You must be either an Australian Citizen, or Permanent Resident of Australia to be considered for this position, we are not offering sponsorship!

The position The Senior Project Engineer will deliver multiple projects across the Northwest and greater Kimberly Regions, mainly bulk earthworks, roads and major infrastructure works. Our client has strong project pipelines, and you may be required to work across several projects at the same time.

Assist with project budgets & costings, support the SPE, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Supervisors and civil employees to deliver project deadlines for the clients. Liaise with key stakeholders across the business including company Directors, GM's, PM's and Financial Managers.

The Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering ideally experience within Civils and Bulk Earthworks

Interpret drawings and review scopes of work to ensure it is reflected in pricing and project execution

Evaluate pricing, quotes, and estimates from subcontractors and suppliers

Manage onsite resources including plant, people and equipment

Help review, prepare and formalise project tenders

Develop project deliverables for site execution including workpacks QAQC

Exposure to projects across Mining, Main Roads & Infrastructure & Bulk Earthworks

Take early action to ensure project costs and timelines remain as per schedule

A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running is essential for this role

Be able to communicate at senior levels, budget, plan and keep senior management across project issues, delays or other liabilities
