Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in shaping the entire finance function of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder/CEO as a strategic partner, influencing major decisions and delivering a robust finance engine, FP&A discipline, and a growth model within the first year. This is a unique opportunity to lead in an early-stage, ambitious environment, where the CFO's leadership will be instrumental in bringing clarity, confidence, and structure to the financial operations. The role demands a steady hand, a clear head, and the ability to build, influence, and lift capability in a fast-moving, capital-intensive setting. The ideal CFO for the company will have a proven track record, with at least 10 years' experience in senior finance roles, and a background in manufacturing, construction, or similar capital-intensive industries. They must be adept at 3-way financial modeling, forecasting, and managing complex financial work. The role requires a candidate who is calm under pressure, resilient, and capable of working closely with the founder, while also being able to recruit and lead a small finance team. The CFO will be expected to create structure without bureaucracy, communicate with impact, and help foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and smart decision-making. Experience in startups or scale-ups is essential, as is the ability to push back respectfully with data and logic, and to be agile, practical, and solutions-driven.
