Job Description
Our client is one of Australia’s most established suppliers of CNC machine tools and industrial robotics, representing world-class manufacturing technology and supporting customers across a wide range of industries.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Victorian operation. This role suits either an established branch leader within CNC machinery or a high-performing CNC Technical Sales professional ready to step into a senior leadership position.
Reporting to the national leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing branch operations, and leading a highly skilled team across sales, service, and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Victorian branch across sales, service, and applications
Achieve and exceed agreed CNC machine tool sales targets
Drive service revenue and ensure outstanding customer support
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory
Manage branch resources, staffing, and recruitment as required
Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve KPIs
Ensure high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
About You
Minimum 5 years’ proven success in CNC machine tool sales
Strong understanding of CNC machinery, applications, and customer justification
Technical or engineering background highly regarded
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Commercially minded with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused leadership style
