What work will you do?

Advise on a wide range of technology, commercial and operational matters

Support product development and new initiatives from initial concept through to launch

Draft and negotiate commercial, licensing and technology agreements

Advise on regulatory obligations affecting digital and technology‑led services

Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to embed best‑practice legal processes

What type of person will be successful?

Admitted as a solicitor in Australia

3–6 years PQE, ideally from a top‑tier, international or specialist technology/commercial practice

Experience advising on commercial contracts, technology‑related matters or regulatory frameworks

Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

A proactive, commercially minded approach
