In-House Lawyer / Solicitor – Full Time

Clear Tax Accountants – Point Cook, Melbourne Join a fast-growing, award-winning accounting and advisory firm based in Point Cook. We're looking for a full-time In-House Lawyer / Solicitor to support our tax, structuring, estate planning and commercial advisory work across Clear Tax.

About the Role You will work closely with the Directors and advisory team across the following areas:

Wills, testamentary trusts & estate planning

EPOAs and medical directives

Trust deeds, variations & resolutions

Shareholder, loan & partnership agreements

Commercial contracts

Property law review support (contracts, caveats, leases – depending on PC)

Asset protection, restructuring & business succession matters

This role is ideal for graduate lawyers seeking to develop their expertise in a multi-disciplinary professional services environment.

What You'll Need

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)

PLT completed

Admitted as a Lawyer/Solicitor in Australia

Eligible to hold (or currently holding) an Australian practising certificate

Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with accountants, advisers and clients

Graduate level position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of post-admission legal experience

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

Experience in estate planning or trust law

Exposure to property transactions

Background in professional services (accounting, financial planning, legal)
