This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an ambitious CEO. You will partner with General Managers both locally and abroad. You will utilise your strong FP&A skill set in order to provide the executive with quality insights which will influence the strategic direction of the organisation. Whilst this role will have a heavy FP&A focus, you will also cover governance, financial reporting leadership, and cross‑functional financial support across divisional and regional teams. The role also collaborates closely with the Financial Reporting Manager and divisional finance leaders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and commercial clarity across a multi‑entity, multi‑region, ASX‑listed environment. Lead the Group FP&A function, delivering actionable insights for executive and Board‑level decision‑making. Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis, trends, and key accounting metrics. Develop financial KPIs and commercial dashboards, ensuring timely and transparent visibility across the Group. Lead the Group’s budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment across business units, subsidiaries, and regions. Build robust financial, scenario, and investment models to support strategic planning, capital allocation, M&A evaluation, and organisational growth. Partner with operational and commercial leaders to identify drivers of performance, improvement opportunities, and strategic priorities. Work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager to ensure consolidated, accurate, and meaningful reporting. Ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules, disclosure standards, and governance requirements. Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards and relevant regulatory and statutory obligations. Support internal and external audit processes, maintaining and strengthening internal control frameworks. Oversee accurate and timely Board‑level reporting and support preparation of ASX financial disclosures. Ensure compliance with tax, treasury, payroll tax, BAS, FBT, and statutory filings. CA qualified you will be an ambitious and well credentialled finance leader with both a strong FP&A skill set and advanced technical accounting skills. Ideally you will have commenced your career in audit, either in the Big 4 or a highly regarded mid‑tier firm. Additionally you will have worked with a reputable organisation in a Finance leadership role which has seen you cover both technical accounting and FP&A. You will have strong mentoring and team management skills and be capable of developing both qualified accountants and clerical accounts staff. You will have advanced stakeholder management skills, and will thrive in building strong working relationships with the CEO, General Managers and the Board, as well as senior external stakeholders.
