Job Description Global Sales Strategy & Execution

Define and lead the organisation's global sales strategy aligned with commercial and P&L objectives.

Identify high-value growth opportunities across regions, industries, and verticals.

Build and scale a unified global sales framework, ensuring consistent priorities across markets.

Drive new business development while strengthening existing customer relationships and recurring revenue.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to maintain strong sales visibility.

Ensure CRM accuracy and data discipline across all regions.

Monitor performance metrics, sales targets, and budget alignment to drive data-driven decisions.

Support bid and tender processes through collaboration with internal bid managers and technical specialists.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with executives, country leaders, and technical teams to align market strategies.

Contribute to pricing strategy, commercial planning, and competitive positioning.

Develop sales materials, proposals, and presentations for strategic customer engagements.

Collaborate with supply chain and product teams to enhance offering strength in target markets.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, develop, and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team.

Build capability through coaching, training, and continuous performance feedback.

Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.

Ensure alignment and communication across business units and regions.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience leading global sales teams, ideally across APAC, EMEA, or similarly diverse markets.

Strong background in solutions-based selling.

Demonstrated success developing and executing commercial strategies in fast-paced environments.

Expertise in forecasting, CRM utilisation, and data-driven decision-making.

A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively across cultures and markets.
