Job Description
The role of the Sales Director is to implement and manage the account management team, sales strategy and optimise business development to increase sales of the company's products and services, by building and nurturing strong client relationships. This includes establishing and maintaining a high performing international and national sales teams to effectively achieve business objectives and grow profitability.
About You
Education/Qualifications
Tertiary education in Business or Management
Experience
Previous sales management experience for a global or national organisation (Minimum 5-8 years is Required).
Experience leading and managing a team of Business Development Manager, Sales Representative/s, Telemarketer/s or Account Managers
Proven track record of driving optimal performance through on-going continuous improvement initiatives
Proven ability to create an inclusive culture and drive performance through effective and inspiring leadership
The role
Manage the setting and delivering of entire sales budget of all branches
Present sales report summaries and further detailed reports for Sales & Marketing Meetings/ Senior meetings
Develop and manage annual international sales strategy in line with the overall business strategy
Formulate, implement and manage strategic business plans regarding assigned partners to achieve agreed sales targets
Understand client base/ competitors and how best to penetrate the business through multiple key stakeholder relationships
Manage and grow pipeline and opportunities across Australia & New Zealand
