Our client is a well known Not for Profit who provide quality services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people.
The Senior People and Culture Partner reports to the Manager People & Culture and will provide strategic and operational trusted, professional and objective service to P&C stakeholders. This role partners with leaders to continually develop and implement P&C solutions across the talent lifecycle, delivering outcomes to meet its strategic and operational objectives.
This role works as an expert across all generalist HR disciplines including employee and industrial relations activities.
The Senior Business Partner will be responsible for providing expert advice and support in the following areas:
Strategic Partnership
Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Workforce planning and development
Issue resolution and workers compensation
Projects and continuous improvement
Qualifications and capabilities
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity applicants will possess:
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Ability to influence, coach and partner
Superior communication, facilitation, coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, organisation, analytical and report writing skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
A proactive solutions focussed mindset
Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Awards (SCHADS, HPSS, Nurses desirable)
