HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
As Head of Sales and Go‑To‑Market, you will own the company’s commercial engine, with end‑to‑end accountability for revenue strategy and execution. This senior leadership role is focused on delivering predictable, scalable growth through disciplined go‑to‑market design, robust pipeline management, and the successful capture of complex, long‑cycle opportunities.
You will lead GTM and sales strategy across Federal, State and Local Government, not‑for‑profit, and regulated industries, while operating in multi‑stakeholder procurement environments. The role owns the commercial agenda, not delivery or product, however works closely with Product, Delivery, and Operations to ensure growth is responsible, sustainable, and aligned with organisational capacity.
Key responsibilities include
Drive revenue strategy, GTM motion, pipeline development, forecasting, pricing and positioning, renewals, and expansion,
Design and scale repeatable, data‑driven GTM systems that deliver predictable ARR growth,
Lead complex sales, tenders, and procurement activities in government and regulated sectors,
Translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear, compelling value propositions,
Build, lead, and inspire high‑performing sales and marketing teams with clarity, accountability, and discipline,
Partner cross‑functionally to ensure seamless handover from commercial commitments to delivery execution,
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on commercial leader with a strong track record in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or technology businesses operating in highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have proven success scaling B2B organisations, building disciplined sales and GTM capability, and delivering predictable growth.
You bring deep experience in long‑cycle procurement and tender processes, with strong commercial and financial acumen and the ability to make disciplined, data‑driven decisions in pricing, qualification, and market selection. You thrive in scale‑up environments, can engage and influence executive, technical, and operational audiences, and ideally hold or can obtain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance.
