Full-time Contract

37.5 hours per week

$88,861 - $103,623 per annum

Total Effective Package*

$110,597 - $127,354

About the role Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager this role partners with our managers to provide the end-to-end Congress talent management process, including request to recruit, advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, contract preparation and on-boarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

Diploma in Human Resources or similar or relevant experience

Ability to maintain excellent attention to detail and high level administration skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate and operate professionally at all levels of the business

Demonstrated ability to deal with change and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing working environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team
